Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Alpha Greens, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us with your order number and registered contact details.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is accepted and a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method or payment provider.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

3. Damaged Plants During Transit

We understand that plants can sometimes be affected during transportation.

If your plant arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A continuous unboxing video is required to evaluate transit-damage claims.

Please also provide clear photographs of the package and plant when contacting us otherwise the refund,replacement and .return are not possible.

4. Replacement Instead of Refund

Where a transit-damage claim is approved, Alpha Greens may provide a replacement plant/product in accordance with our 7-Day Replacement Policy.

Replacement availability may depend on stock.

If the same product is unavailable, we may contact you regarding an appropriate alternative or other resolution.

5. Situations Not Covered

Replacement/refund requests may not be accepted for issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect planting
  • Improper watering
  • Lack of appropriate light
  • Neglect
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Normal natural variation in plants
  • Customer mishandling
  • Failure to follow basic plant-care instructions
  • Claims submitted outside the applicable period
  • Lack of required unboxing evidence for transit-damage claims

6. COD Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are generally not charged online at the time of ordering.

If a refund becomes applicable for an eligible COD order, Alpha Greens may request the information necessary to process the refund through an appropriate method.
