Unexpected delays may occur due to weather, transportation issues, courier delays, natural events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Receiving Your Plant

Because plants are living products, we strongly recommend that customers:

  1. Receive the package as soon as possible.
  2. Inspect the package immediately.
  3. Record a continuous unboxing video before opening the package.
  4. Check the condition of the plant and packaging.
  5. Contact Alpha Greens promptly if the plant appears damaged during transit.

The unboxing video is particularly important if you need to make a replacement claim.

7. Delivery Delays

If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number.

We will work with the relevant delivery partner to help resolve the issue.

8. Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional delivery charges or other conditions may apply.
