Customers are responsible for providing appropriate care after delivery according to the plant's requirements.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may contact you regarding an alternative product, cancellation or applicable refund.

Because Alpha Greens sells live plants, customers are strongly advised to inspect their package immediately after delivery.

Customers should record a continuous unboxing video before opening the package.

The video should clearly show the package, shipping label, opening process and condition of the plant.

This video may be required when submitting a claim for a plant damaged during transportation.

13. 7-Day Replacement

If a plant arrives damaged during transportation, the customer may be eligible for our 7-Day Replacement Policy.

Customers must contact Alpha Greens within 7 days from the date of delivery.

An unboxing video and photographs may be required to evaluate the claim.

Replacement is subject to verification and product availability.

14. Replacement Exclusions

Our replacement policy generally does not cover issues caused by:

• Incorrect watering
• Improper sunlight or lighting
• Lack of plant care
• Customer mishandling
• Damage occurring after delivery
• Pets or other external causes
• Natural leaf shedding
• Normal plant variation
• Claims submitted after the applicable replacement period
• Failure to provide required evidence for transit-damage claims

15. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or other appropriate method.

The time required for the refund to reach the customer's account may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.
